Student dictation : appearance conversation

students were given a conversation between two people about their appearance. One student was chosen in each group to read the conversation while other students had to write what they hear down. They check spellings and do peer correction at the end.

This is a good exercise to help students with the speaking, listening, pronunciation and spelling.

SACS BOARD GAMES!! Class 3 week 8 Mr Imran

Students used this weeks class 3 to play some board games. The game had timed questions on cards that they needed to answer in order to progress on the board. They have to use their speaking and listening skills in order to do well in this game. Eid and Anas were our two winners in the end. Well done to the both of them.

week 8 describing people drawing Mr Imran

Students had to draw their teacher. Then as a group had to discuss how to describe him. The students enjoyed talking about hair styles clothes personalities and even how tall their teacher was. Even though I am really short and they were just being nice. It's a fun visual activity which incorporated learning the language within the activity.
