Week 15 Curriculum Meeting
Last week meeting was interesting. We had our first curriculum meeting with Mr. Oybek our new site- director in the program.We discussed our plan for term three. The events and contests,then we had a question and answer session about the program.
The questions covered the curriculum and lesson planning and and using the blogs as tools to document and share and reflect on our development journey.

We had a cake and drinks in the meeting to celebrate our first curriculum meeting with our new new site-director. It was not just a another meeting, we also had our share of laughs and everybody participated in asking and answering questions.

Week 12 Student work - Mr. John
The students worked on writing dialogues this week to practice the functions related to shopping. It was also an opportunity to review vocabulary and forming questions.
Having written their dialogues students were then able to practise them.
It was a useful opportunity to develop relevant vocabulary and phrases which they can relate to their daily lives.

Communication week 12 Imran
This week the class talked about their favourite sports. The students enjoy playing different sports and games. Most are crazy about football and we had a full debate on why their favourite teams were better than other teams.
Week 12 Class Project Eyaaz Bhikhu
Prepare - GROUP WORK Imagine they are city planners. Design a monument for their city or town where they live. Use these questions and their own ideas to write a short paragraph.
Who or what will the monument honor?
Where will you build it?
What will it look like?
How big will it be?
What will it be made of?
Present - CLASS ACTIVITY Share your monument with the class. Explain why you chose the design.

Week 12 Writing
Students were tasked with writing a conversation in pairs where they utilized modal verbs - Can / Could / May / Should and the negatives of the aforementioned to make requests and suggestions.
